Role 1

Core Skills Mentoring

You lead small-group coaching sessions where Scholars practice mock interviews, professional storytelling, presentation skills, and workplace readiness. The format is 30 minutes of guided facilitation by All Star Code, followed by 30 minutes of group coaching with you and other JPMC volunteers.

Role 2

Technical Skills Coaching

You support project-based coding sessions alongside the instructional team. That means guiding Scholars through challenges in HTML, JavaScript, and AI, joining breakout rooms, answering technical questions in real time, and leading optional mini-lessons aligned with your expertise. This role works best for engineers and technical practitioners.

Role 3

Fireside Chat Speaker

You share your career journey and take questions from Scholars across both cohorts in a joint Tuesday session. Topics range from how you got into your current role to what JPMC pathways look like in fintech, product, and engineering. The best sessions are honest and specific, not rehearsed.

Role 4

Expert Workshop Facilitator

You lead a one-hour JPMC workshop on Wednesdays, designed and delivered by your team. Topics include FinTech fundamentals, cybersecurity, AI ethics and responsible innovation, personal finance, and payments systems. These sessions give Scholars a window into the actual work happening at JPMC.

Role 5

Demo Day

Scholars present their capstone projects to an audience of JPMC employees, families, and ASC staff. Volunteers attend as judges, audience members, or networking participants. The event is planned as in-person at JPMC locations in NY/NJ, Houston, and Dallas, with a virtual fallback via Zoom if needed.
